Job Overview:
As a Pe-Sales Consultant you partner with the Sales Executives, using your domain expertise to effectively shape requirements, craft solutions, develop proposals and demonstrations that address our clients' business strategic needs You support the shaping of the opportunity, identifying potential solutions from the company’s portfolio to deliver the desired outcomes for the customer. You work closely with the Solutions team to coordinate the detailed design of the solution. Once the solution is fully developed and approved, you support the presentation to the customer/ potential customer and support negotiations in partnership with Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and help shape and qualify the opportunity
- Identify the company’s services that will address the needs and transformational opportunities
- Document the customer/ potential customer’s requirements and engage the Solutions team for the detailed design of the solution
- Create customer solutions presentations and support negotiations in partnership with Sales Executives
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation and provide feedback to Portfolio teams and stakeholders
- Giving support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, managing self-development
Functional Competencies:
- Business need analysis and broad solutioning expertise
- Expertise in broad digital transformations and your area of domain expertise
- Stakeholder/ client consulting and management
- Experience in the translation of business needs to technical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions and solve complex problems
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of work experience, preferably in Solutions, Consulting in technology related environments
- Studies in Engineering, Business Administration or related career
Location: Remote - US
Pay:
The base compensation range for this position is $116,800 - $146,000 USD annually commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
