Business Process Excellence, Manager COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) - El Salvador & Guatemala


 

Position overview:

As a Manager for COPC you provide leadership and direction to a team who drive and oversee the COPC certification process as a client requirement. The Manager will be responsible for coordinating regional efforts, leveraging best practices between regions and accounts and addressing risks and delayed progress with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a time bound roadmap per account and region to achieve the compliance standards of the certification

  • Oversee the overall progress of each certification effort and every COPC Lead

  • Support roadblocks and act as an internal consultant for the team

  • Drive performance, engagement and development of the team

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience preferably in process/ project management/quality compliance; 2+ years of progressive managerial experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related career

  • COPC Certification - Mandatory

  • Project or program management certification is desired

  • B2+ oral and written English
