Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engagement Specialist to support our Senior Project Manager in delivering high-quality generative AI projects. This role involves managing project details, coordinating tasks, and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of AI technologies and be enthusiastic about driving projects to successful completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for crowd communication across channels such as Discord and support ticketing systems

  • Draft, manage, and send announcements to ensure clarity and alignment across the community

  • Monitor and moderate community platforms (e.g., Discord) to maintain engagement, answer questions, and escalate issues when needed

  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to crowd inquiries, promoting transparency and trust

  • Create and maintain communication templates and standardized messaging for consistent tone and delivery

  • Identified emerging trends or recurring concerns across conversations, flagging them appropriately to relevant stakeholders and ensuring they are addressed in a timely and strategic manner.

  • Project Support: Assist the Senior Project Manager in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through completion. Help in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and prepare regular reports on the project status to keep stakeholders informed.

  • Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between project team members and other departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow. Organize and attend project meetings to take detailed notes and track important decisions.

  • Resource Management: Assist in managing project resources and logistics, ensuring that project needs are met promptly and efficiently.

  • Compliance and Quality Support: Help enforce project standards and quality assurance policies. Collect data for quality compliance and assist in the preparation for audits and reviews.


Requirements:

  • Schedule flexibility

  • English proficiency - B2 required

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination is mandatory. Preferably in technology or AI-related projects. 


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI, machine learning models, and data management.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate project needs and updates to team members and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and participate in their resolution in a timely and effective manner.

  • Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Capable of working collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Familiarity with GEN AI is a plus
