Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and execute end-to-end automation tests for APIs, GUIs, and data validation.
  • Manual Testing: Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases.
  • Accessibility Testing: Conduct thorough accessibility testing to ensure inclusivity for all users.
  • Test Engineering: Develop, debug, and maintain robust automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Java, JavaScript, TestNG, and BDD frameworks.
  • Defect Management: Log, track, and analyze defects effectively.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports, including project health and defect status.
  • Quality Advocacy: Champion quality engineering best practices within the delivery team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience in Software Development in Test (SDET).
  • Expertise in Selenium, Java, JavaScript, and other relevant automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Experience with API testing and data validation.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database testing.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Must-Have: Selenium, Java, JavaScript, TestNG, BDD frameworks, GitHub, SQL, Agile Methodology, Manual testing, Jenkins, Jest, Postman, Nightwatch.js, JMeter/Lighthouse, Artillery
  • Good-to-Have: Accessibility Testing, Maven, Supertest, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, Dynatrace
