Description and Requirements


As a Quality Reviewer, you will be pivotal in ensuring that tasks are rated accurately and efficiently, providing critical feedback to enhance both the rater’s experience and the engineer’s output. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Template Specialists, and Program Managers, to ensure timely and effective feedback.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, translating customer needs and project requirements.
  • Experience effectively communicating feedback on guidelines & UX design to customer stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in AI Models processes and improvement methods.
  • Experience of HTML, CSS, JSON and JavaScript 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Rate tasks regularly and provide feedback to improve both the rater's experience and engineer’s output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Template Specialists, and Program Managers to ensure timely and effective feedback.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from the rating community.
  • Summarize findings from usability testing, identify design issues, and propose solutions.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of new features to enhance user experience.
