Learning & Communications, Language & Communication Facilitator - Pradera GT

 

Position overview:

As a Language & Communication Facilitator you deliver high-quality language level training to support English language pipeline creation for agent hires. You execute established training programs, ensuring consistency in delivery and high levels of participant engagement.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the logistics in preparation of language training for internal team members and external candidates
  • Deliver structured language training programs following established curriculum guidelines and methodologies
  • Provide constructive feedback during the learning sessions
  • Conduct language proficiency assessments and track participant progress
  • Create training materials, including participant guides, e-learning modules, and job aids when required
  • Report on participant progress and program effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate training records and feedback documentation
  • Support recruitment teams with language assessment activities

  • Ability to solve problems, analyzing possible solutions using precedents, technical experience and judgement

Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics,or related field
  • C1/C2 oral and written English
