Learning & Communications, Language & Communication Facilitator - Pradera GT
Position overview:
As a Language & Communication Facilitator you deliver high-quality language level training to support English language pipeline creation for agent hires. You execute established training programs, ensuring consistency in delivery and high levels of participant engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the logistics in preparation of language training for internal team members and external candidates
- Deliver structured language training programs following established curriculum guidelines and methodologies
- Provide constructive feedback during the learning sessions
- Conduct language proficiency assessments and track participant progress
- Create training materials, including participant guides, e-learning modules, and job aids when required
- Report on participant progress and program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate training records and feedback documentation
- Support recruitment teams with language assessment activities

Qualifications:
- Teaching experience is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics,or related field
- C1/C2 oral and written English
