LOCATION: Onsite location in Sunnyvale, CA

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri , 8 hours per day (flexibility required)

JOB STATUS: Full-time, Temporary

JOB DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: ASAP

Rate: $33.00 per hour

Project Summary

The focus of this user study is to generate indoor data and collect recordings of each participant. The study moderator will guide participants through a series of tasks.

 

Role Summary 

Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the data collected during each session. Moderators will report to the Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Training will be provided before the start of data collection. Sessions occur in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional support staff on-site to manage participant intake and provide technical support. 

  

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive participants at work and guide them through the video study in a controlled environment.

  • Ensure all recordings are done per project guidelines and upload the data.

  • Have all participants complete a survey at the end of each session.

  • Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each session.

  • Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand. 

  

Minimum Requirements

  • Technical/troubleshooting skills; address fundamental problems with launching apps and uploading data.

  • Familiarity with iOS and Mac OS

  • Experience with data collection and data management.

  • Experience with audio recording

  • Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project (~30 days).

  • Ability to interact professionally with project participants.

  • Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Excel or Sheets.

  • Moderators must be bilingual; Native in Spanish.
