Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will be primarily responsible for forecasting, reporting and presenting data-driven insights from a global perspective. This role focuses on providing accurate and timely revenue performance reports at a global and client level.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team which involves partnering with Finance, Global Operations, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to align on revenue strategy
- Lead efforts to establish best practices for tracking, reporting, and managing the end-to-end revenue process
- Ensure alignment of reporting processes that allows for effective decision-making across the organization
- Lead the development of accurate and actionable revenue forecasts, incorporating data from cross functional departments
- Drive automation efforts to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency, ensuring all teams are working towards revenue goals seamlessly
- Utilize advanced analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and proactively recommend measures to address revenue challenges and to inform and optimize strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth
- Drive a bottom up approach to budgeting and variance analysis across the business

Qualifications
- 7 years of work experience in transaction services, corporate finance, financial modelling or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and providing insightful analysis in a high paced environment
- Proficient oral and written English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed business decisions
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
Location: US - Remote
Pay:
The base compensation range for this position is $116,000 - $145,000 USD annually commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
