Description and Requirements

Position overview:

As a Technical Project Manager- Senior, you lead and manage medium to high complexity technical projects related to financial Enterprise Resource Planning and initiatives in support of the company’s global objectives. You plan, organize and control resources, procedures and timing to deliver projects.  You drive timely progress of project deliverables and project cost-effectiveness. You provide technical guidance, remove roadblocks and ensure quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close) for medium to high complexity projects

  • Establish project milestones, timelines and resources

  • Monitor progress of assigned task, cost-effectiveness & risks, removing roadblocks where required

  • Manage issues and risks ensuring adequate mitigation is in place

  • Manage project financials (revenue and cost forecasting, margin management) & procurement

  • Contribute to the development of business cases and corresponding budget approval

  • Work with the company’s business units and IT to deliver technical solutions in the form of new and enhanced capabilities, when required

  • Monitor quality, identify and propose process improvement opportunities

  • Present updates on the health of the projects to different levels of management stakeholders

  • General knowledge of Finance and Procurement

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience  in project management for Information Technology

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering or related career

  • Certification  ITIL V4 foundation or Lean Six Sigma; PMP Certification is a plus

  • B2+ oral and written English
