We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales processes, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for developing data-driven strategies that elevate sales performance. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex sales data, identifying trends, and creating actionable insights that drive our sales programs to new heights.
As our Sales Project Specialist, you'll play a crucial part in shaping and executing our sales strategies for a high performing account executives team for a major client in the fintech industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and directly contributing to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities, tasks and projects include:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide insights to sales leadership and teams.
Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations.
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine sales strategies based on data insights.
Identify opportunities for sales process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark company performance and identify best practices.
Training and Development:
Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that align with the company’s sales strategies and goals.
Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members based on performance data.
Communicate complex data insights and strategies in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
What we NEED you to have:
Proven experience in sales and good knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
Previous experience as SME, Sales Coach or Project Specialist - highly preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in G Suite, SFDC & Salesloft (preferably)
