Key Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes within SAP (FICO, BPC, or related modules).
Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial records, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Monitor and control cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders in SAP for efficient cost management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
Support management with business performance insights, KPIs, and dashboard reporting through SAP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline planning and accounting processes.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and internal controls.
Drive process improvements and automation in SAP for finance and management reporting.
Provide support during audits and assist in resolving SAP system issues related to finance and accounting.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) will be an advantage.
7+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, accounting, or management reporting.
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP BPC, or SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
