Job Summary:

We are looking for  an Airline Operations Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service for a leading airline. This role requires fluency in English, French, and Spanish, enabling you to assist a diverse range of passengers with inquiries, reservations, flight changes, and general support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat regarding flight reservations, cancellations, baggage policies, and general inquiries in English, French, and Spanish.

  • Assist passengers with rebooking, refunds, and travel disruptions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, airport staff, and airline representatives to resolve passenger concerns efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process necessary documentation as per airline policies.

  • Stay updated on airline policies, industry regulations, and travel restrictions to provide accurate information.

  • Handle escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Uphold safety, security, and service standards in accordance with airline regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

  • Languages: Fluency in English, French, and a Spanish is required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficiency in airline reservation systems

    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

  • Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
