Wellness Advisor - TELUS Digital Central America


This position is available in El Salvador and Guatemala

The Wellness Advisor role is responsible for providing counseling and guidance to a team of social media content moderators. Wellness advisors help develop and implement resiliency programs aimed at providing access to wellness support and ongoing coaching for our team members. The Wellness Advisor will provide specific guidance to the interviewers to inform candidates of the scope of work that will be performed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and group consultation and counseling

  • Provide Psycho-diagnosis of the team members

  • Develop strategies for preventative treatment

  • Facilitate wellness workshops and seminars

  • Schedule follow up consultations with team members

  • Handle complex cases and escalate when necessary

  • Prepare regular reports

  • Handle all issues with utmost discretion and confidentiality

  • Partner with the Human Resources department when necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge:    

  • English - B2: Required

    • Oral and written comprehension.

    • Appropriate use of language

  • Customer Service - Advanced 

  • Clinical background - Required

  • Brief therapy Oriented- Required

  • Understanding of Content Moderation - Desirable

Studies & Experience:

  • Degree in clinical psychology - Mandatory

  • 2 years of experience in individual and group psychology techniques - Required

  • Proper certification and license to practice as an active Clinical Psychologist - Mandatory

  • Completed the position-specific required course from the Learning Multiverse Fundamentals - Mandatory
