Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Senior Manager to lead and enhance our engineering teams across multiple platforms that support contact center operations. This leadership role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and mentor teams. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of experience in technology leadership, driving multi-stream projects, and optimizing performance across various core platforms such as Web, React Native, Node.js, GCP, and AWS. This position offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of engineering practices while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multi-stream engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple platforms.
  • Mentor and coach 5-8 engineering leaders, technical architects, and engineers, fostering growth and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver business outcomes.
  • Guide the strategic technical direction of programs, including structuring codebases, optimizing site performance, and improving overall system design.
  • Navigate and resolve conflicts within teams and with stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with company standards.
  • Contribute to department-wide initiatives and help shape the engineering culture, processes, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, presenting technical content and project updates effectively.
  • Identify growth opportunities for team members and create a continuous learning environment to enhance team engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 7-10 years of experience in technology management and leadership, with a focus on leading large, multi-stream programs.
  • Deep technical expertise in at least one core platform (e.g., Web, React Native, Node.js, GCP, AWS), with proficiency in others.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering leaders and teams, including performance management and coaching for growth.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex partnerships and drive systematic improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to drive technical improvements, optimize system performance, and influence the strategic direction of engineering teams.
  • Experience in managing large teams (100+ people) across multiple projects.
