TA, Recruitment Analyst II (Hiring) - Pradera GT


 

Position overview:

The Hiring Analyst is responsible for receiving, verifying, and managing documentation submitted by New Hires to ensure that personnel files are complete and compliant. This role also oversees the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for all new employees. Additionally, the Hiring Analyst is in charge of updating candidate records in the Talent Acquisition system and generating internal reports to maintain accurate hiring data.

This position plays a critical role in bridging Talent Acquisition and Operations ensuring compliance and accuracy and an excellent first day experience for all new hires/transfers

Key responsibilities:

Document Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires regarding documentation inquiries 

  • Manage and collect signed company policies and agreements for inclusion in physical files

  • Coordinate with trainers and Recruitment to follow up on missing documentation from training groups

  • Organize physical and digital employee files, ensuring completeness and proper classification

  •  Escalate documentation issues or concerns to relevant stakeholders when needed

Compliance and Verification

  • Verify the authenticity of submitted documents and ensure adherence to company standards and legal regulations.

  • Ensure all required forms (e.g., NDA, background check consents, signing bonus, etc) are completed accurately and submitted on time.

  • Stay informed about current employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in documentation.

  • Report any discrepancies or potential compliance risks promptly

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and documentation workflows

  • Collaborate with HR or IT to digitize processes where possible (e.g., e-signatures, digital forms).

  • Create and update onboarding checklists, templates, and FAQ materials

Reporting and Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records in Workday and internal hiring rosters

  • Monitor and report on the status of new hire paperwork to ensure timely completion.

Stakeholder Coordination & Regional Support

  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Training, Payroll, and IT to ensure smooth Day 1 readiness

  • Support stakeholders initiatives related to onboarding to improve 1st day experience for new hires

  • Manage and process lateral movements and internal relocations in Workday

  • Provide support to other sites or regions when needed, ensuring consistent practices across locations

  • Knowledge in the elaboration of labor contracts and labor laws - Desirable

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in G Suite and HRIS systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Sense of urgency in last minute requests 

Qualifications:

  • University degree completed or "pensum cerrado" (all coursework completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in onboarding, HR operations, or administrative roles – Desirable.
