The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of our business and drive growth opportunities.

- be passionate about storytelling and social media
- be able to translate engagement into meaningful social media content to show company culture through engaging content
- have 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
- be available for a hybrid working style (working from home and from our offices in Afi Park 3, Bucharest)
- have an Advanced level of English
- posses strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with a good eye for visual content
- have experience with analytics tools to track performance and optimize social media strategies
- have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to tailor content for different channels
- showcase a proactive, curious mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
As a Senior Social Media Specialist at TELUS Digital, you will be working closely with the Marketing team for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy, while working closely the Communications Agency.

- Your primary objective will be to increase brand presence, while facilitating lead generation. Digital presence is extremely important for our company's success, so your position will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives
- Develop, create, and schedule social media content that reflects our company culture, values, and team member stories
- Create and share posts promoting company news, events, milestones, and thought leadership
- Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic messaging across all platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights to align with employer brand objectives and enhance candidate engagement
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition and Internal Communications teams to ensure aligned messaging
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices within employer branding to drive innovation and effectiveness
