Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst to partner closely with the Commercial Business Strategy team and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic business planning and drive data-informed decision-making across the commercial organization. This role combines executive storytelling with strong analytical rigor, playing a key role in key governance, reporting and strategic programs across the broader Commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of high-quality strategic presentations and materials to support executive decision-making and communicate insights to senior Commercial leadership team
Prepare and present monthly executive management reports for TELUS Digital, providing financial and operational analysis based on historical trends, current performance, forecasts, and key financial metrics.
Support critical programs and cross-functional initiatives across the Commercial organization delivering insights that inform strategic priorities.
Track and analyze Global Commercial enablement KPIs to evaluate progress against strategic objectives and operational effectiveness.
Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to assess business cases, ROI, and financial impacts of commercial strategies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales strategy, business analysis, revenue operations, or commercial planning—ideally within a B2B or tech environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
Solid grasp of financial principles and ability to interpret P&L, margin, and ROI metrics.
Advanced Google Suite skills; working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is required.
Proven experience producing Board or ELT-level presentations and reports.
Strong understanding of commercial sales organizations, GTM motions, and pipeline dynamics.
Comfort working across ambiguous problems with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Location: Remote US
Pay:
The base compensation range for this position in the US $65,200 - $81,500 USD commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
