About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Saviynt QA Specialist with a deep understanding of the Saviynt platform to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will work closely with the development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless, high-quality deployments and validate new integrations within the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment.
You will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, tracking defects, and ensuring the accuracy and stability of production deployments. Your expertise in automation, test planning, and defect management will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of our QA processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, access certification, Segregation of Duties (SOD), analytics, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), workflow, and email notifications.
Validate end-to-end (E2E) functionality and integration of Saviynt products following a DevOps model.
Translate business requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios.
Plan, document, and execute test cases, ensuring coverage of all functional aspects of Saviynt.
Track and manage defects, perform re-testing, and collaborate closely with developers to address issues within the DevOps framework.
Actively participate in production releases, validating successful deployments and ensuring system stability post-deployment.
Develop and execute test automation scripts using Robot Framework and Python.
Use ITSM tools to manage ticketing, documentation, and QA-related tasks.
Qualifications:
5+ years in Quality Assurance, with specific experience in Saviynt QA.
Proven expertise in the Saviynt platform, covering provisioning, access certification, SOD, RBAC, and workflow.
Proficiency in Robot Framework and Python for automation testing.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and the ability to collaborate in a DevOps model.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and end-to-end testing practices.
Experience with ITSM tools for effective ticketing and documentation management.
Excellent verbal and written communication to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in automated testing and creating reusable test automation scripts.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies to support CI/CD testing needs.
