About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt Production Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment within Saviynt, specifically focusing on the Saviynt EIC versions. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations and issue resolution in the IGA environment while enhancing functionalities as needed.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor activities, manage incident tickets, and document solutions while continuously improving the system’s stability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in the Saviynt environment.

  • Manage and monitor scheduled jobs, analytics reports, and other core functionalities within Saviynt.

  • Identify and resolve issues to stabilize and enhance the existing IGA environment.

  • Collaborate with various teams to support access approval workflows for both connected and disconnected applications.

  • Handle Reconciliation and Provisioning processes efficiently.

  • Ensure understanding and management of Enterprise and SAV Roles in Saviynt.

  • Perform daily monitoring activities and proactively address potential issues.

  • Manage tickets related to problems, incidents, and requests through ITSM tools.

  • Document issues, resolutions, and changes within the system using Jira and other ITSM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years in Saviynt Production Support or similar roles.

  • Saviynt Skills: Hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC versions and Saviynt Security Manager.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of SQL/MySQL.

    • Proficiency in Java/J2EE for Saviynt-related customizations.

  • Process Knowledge:

    • Solid understanding of IGA environments and access approval workflows.

    • Knowledge of reconciliation and provisioning processes in Saviynt.

  • Monitoring: Ability to perform daily monitoring and stability checks.

  • Ticketing and Documentation: Experience with ITSM tools and Jira for effective incident, request, and problem management.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective support and collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in an enterprise-level Identity Governance environment.

  • Knowledge of security best practices within IGA solutions.
