Key responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and development support to your team
  • Lead the team through an exciting transition, building skills in sales, problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical expertise
  • Set team goals and work collaboratively on strategies to drive results
  • Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and communicate effectively to influence team strategies
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality and productivity across all channels to maximize value for advertisers
  • Ensure performance meets the required service level metrics
  • Adapt swiftly to changes in workflows, procedures, and product features

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in sales or technical areas
  • Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to identify training needs and contribute to program development
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven experience in team management within a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
