Position overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Product & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve strategic alignment across projects, manage risks, and ensure resource optimization to meet business goals

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with overall business objectives

  • Manage internal projects involving cross-functional business, technology and experience stakeholders

• Ensure proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication on results, resourcing requirements, delays, and risks

• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to mobilize action and ownership out of ambiguous opportunities and challenges

• Managing core operational processes supporting Product Management including Partnership administration, reporting, budgeting.

• Create Partnership reports, manage and coordinate Partnership onboarding and assist with Partnership maintenance, which includes Partner portal maintenance.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a product or marketing-focused role

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead diverse teams
