Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ year of experience and strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including C#, ASP.NET (WebForms or MVC), Telerik controls, and PowerBuilder. The ideal candidate should be able to work across the stack, contribute to front-end and back-end development, and maintain legacy systems while participating in modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Telerik controls.
Work on front-end components using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Telerik UI components for responsive and dynamic interfaces.
Develop and optimize database objects, stored procedures, and queries using SQL Server.
Maintain and enhance legacy applications developed in PowerBuilder, ensuring integration with newer systems.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve bugs across the full stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts for delivering project requirements.
Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning and demos.

Primary Skills Required:
Languages & Frameworks: C#, ASP.NET (VB.NET or C#), .NET Framework 4.8+
UI Development: JavaScript, Telerik UI components, HTML5, CSS3
Database: Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Indexing
Legacy Technologies: PowerBuilder (classic and/or .NET)
Tools & IDEs: Visual Studio, PowerBuilder IDE, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Secondary Skills:
Experience with source control tools like Git or TFS
Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration mechanisms
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD using Azure DevOps or similar tools
Exposure to unit testing and automation frameworks
Knowledge of reporting tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports (optional)
