Work Location: Onsite location in San Diego, CA

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 hours per day

Job Status: Full-time, Temporary

Start Date: 12/01/2025

Rate: $38.00/hour



Position Description:


As a Lead Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing moderation tasks and ensuring the quality of data collection, as well as ensuring that data collection is conducted in accordance with the provided study protocols. You will lead a team of moderators and report directly to our Project Managers and Project Coordinators. 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all data collection sessions

  • Help resolve issues moderators may face

  • Client communication and update client reports

  • Provide daily updates to the Project manager

  • Ensure all recordings are done per project guidelines and upload the data.

  • Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand.

Requirements:

  • Technical/troubleshooting skills; address basic problems with launching apps and uploading data.

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience. 

  • Familiarity with iOS. 

    • Current iPhone users, earlier phone versions are ok. 

    • Experience of using iPad

  • Familiarity with using smart home devices.

  • Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Excel, Numbers or Sheets.

  • Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project

  • Ability to interact professionally with project participants.

  • Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently.

  • Experience in data collection projects is a plus
