The Labour Relations Partner role is to support the processes in the Payroll department of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Process new hires information and documentation and keep the employees’ database updated in the in-house systems
  • Process and hand over leavers’ documentation (Preparation of termination orders)
  • Process and support the documentation flow in the department (sick leaves, additional agreements to be entered into the internal systems)
  • Administrate personnel labor files electronically and on-paper and ensure accurate documents management
  • Prepare employment/income certificates and reports upon requests
  • Assist and provide ongoing support to the employees in their daily quires
  • Support the daily Payroll and administration workflow and work along with other company departments
  • Work in compliance with the Bulgarian Labour legislation and Company rules

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of BG Labour legislation (will be considered as an advantage)
  • University Degree in HR or business-related studies  (will be considered as an advantage)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian payroll software - Aladin  (will be considered as an advantage)
  • Knowledge and experience in work with Excel for payroll needs  (will be considered as an advantage)
  • Very good communication and problem-solving skills
