We are seeking a Fintech Specialist (English) to provide exceptional customer support for our fintech products and services. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through various fintech platforms such as digital wallets, mobile banking, payment processing, and other financial technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support for fintech products, including digital wallets, online payments, mobile banking, and other related services.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues customers experience with fintech platforms, offering clear guidance and solutions.

Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and security concerns related to fintech services.

Educate customers on how to use fintech products and services, ensuring they maximize the benefits of these tools.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve the customer experience.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in fintech, new product features, and regulatory changes in the financial sector.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s customer management system.

Provide proactive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, fintech, or financial services is preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fintech platforms and digital financial tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex technical information clearly to customers.

Proficiency in customer service software, fintech platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
