Finance, Procurement Analyst IV - Guatemala
Position overview:
The Procurement Analyst IV directs and coordinates purchasing activities, engages with suppliers, and monitors purchasing procedures, considering quotes, delivery times, quality, and billing processes. Additionally, they develop and implement procurement strategies for specific categories, focusing on cost optimization, quality improvements, and supply chain efficiency. They manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Evaluation and Validation of internal requisitions versus company policies, Quote products, and update prices catalog, process purchasing orders and Complete the purchasing process and report it to Asset control and finance departments.

English - B2 or above - Required

Qualifications:
Closed Pensum or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similarly related fields - Required
