Next Training Starts on: January 7th, 2025

Overview of tasks:


  • Back office support only

  • Taking over general administrative tasks

  • Provide online support for specific cases

  • Achieving and ensuring the quality standards


We are looking for:


  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Hebrew and English

  • Valid working permit for Spain or EU citizenship

  • Affinity with back office services

  • Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy

  • Goal-oriented work approach

  • Flexible working hours (24/7 shift system)
