Next Training Starts on: January 7th, 2025


Overview of tasks:


  • Back office support only 

  • Taking over general administrative tasks

  • Provide online support for specific cases.

  • Achieving and ensuring the quality standard


We are looking for:


  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in French and English

  • Valid working permit for Spain or EU citizenship

  • Affinity with back office services

  • Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy

  • Goal-oriented work approach 

  • Full time or Part-time (weekend shifts) with flexible schedule


We will offer:


  • Permanent employment contract

  • Attractive salary of 10.256,41€ (Part time) to 25,000€ (Full time) gross per year and fully paid training period
