Description and Requirements


We are seeking Card Services Specialists (English) to provide exceptional customer support related to credit and debit card services. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, card activation, transaction issues, fraud concerns, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries related to card services, including account balances, transaction disputes, and card activation.

Resolve issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged cards and guide customers through the replacement process.

Provide detailed information about card benefits, fees, and rewards programs.

Investigate and resolve fraud or unauthorized transaction claims, ensuring prompt resolution in line with company policies.

Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s card products, services, and security protocols.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.

Document all customer interactions and transaction details in the company’s customer management system.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, banking, or financial services preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

Strong communication and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs.

Proficiency in customer service platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive customer data and financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
