About the Role
Hello, Digital Solutions disrupter! Our team is looking for a Business Support Analyst - Automation & AI. A highly technical BSA who plans and leads automation projects including all project phases. Responsible for gathering requirements and information from various stakeholders, business primes and technical teams, assessing automation opportunities, designing AI-powered solutions, developing applications and scripts, and guiding the development through the full project lifecycle to eliminate manual processes and scale team capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop tools and applications that help the team improve efficiency (e.g., TM Financial Logs WebApp, TM Attrition Mover, automated dashboards)
Find new ways to get things done using automated processes and AI integration
Create automated scripts for recurring tasks (Birthday/Anniversary emails, CSAT surveys, Time Off Errors monitoring)
Build automation solutions for crossmatch reports (WD/SFR, Teamcards vs SFR, Client Time vs Compliance, Actuals vs Invoice)
Leverage AI and prompt engineering to automate data analysis, report generation, and insight extraction
Develop AI-powered solutions for CSAT analysis, trend identification, and predictive analytics
Create / maintenance for scorecards in Google Studio with automated data pipelines
Create automated reports for monitoring or to prevent errors across all BSA processes
Integrate multiple data sources (Fieldglass, SAP, Workday, Kandji, Certinia) to eliminate manual data entry
Design and implement APIs or connectors for seamless system communication
Assist in administrative procedures for onboarding processes (to ensure new hires get their equipment and credentials on time through automated workflows)
Develop self-service tools and portals for common requests and processes
To present information regarding automation opportunities and ROI for MBRs
Serve as a point of contact for IT, Development, and business teams for technical solutions and escalations
Document and standardize the different automated solutions and technical procedures within the area in the knowledge repository
Requirements
University Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related fields
1+ years of Experience leading automation projects and developing technical solutions
1+ years of Experience working with Relational and non-relational Databases
1+ years of Experience and strong knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript (React, NextJS, NodeJS), or JAVA
1+ Experience with Web Service Development (REST and SOAP), experience using SOAP UI, Postman, or similar API tools
Experience on version control: Git
Proven experience with AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API, or similar)
Experience building web applications, automation scripts, and data pipelines
Experience with workflow automation tools and RPA concepts
Strong understanding of system integrations and API development

Ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions
English Level: B1 high or above - Mandatory
Desirable skills:
Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and AI API integration
Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Retool, Make, Zapier)
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Vertex AI)
Experience with data visualization tools (Google Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
Scrum Master experience or Agile methodology expertise
Experience with HR/Finance systems (Workday, SAP, Fieldglass, Certinia) and their APIs
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of financial reports and business processes (beneficial for automation design)
Experience with email automation and workflow orchestration tools
