Position Overview:

The Billing Analyst is responsible for balancing attention to detail and efficiency within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will gain a thorough understanding of our billing system and cycles while collaborating with other departments to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of our billings.


Key responsibilities:

Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurate and in compliance with our accounting revenue recognition standards, Update and maintain the internal billing database of client billing and distribution requirements, client contact information and emails, and invoice distribution statuses. Investigate and submit billing cancellation requests, Perform daily operations in a high-volume, full-cycle Accounts Receivable function, including preparing customer invoices to specific customer requirements. Answer inquiries while providing quality and professional direction and excellent customer service. Work closely with other departments (collections, operations, sales) to investigate and resolve customer inquiries, and support other accounting functions as needed.

Studies & Experience:

 
  • English - B2:

• Oral and written comprehension

• Appropriate use of language

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related field or equivalent years of experience.

  •  5+ years of experience in a Billing or Accounting-related role.

  • Familiar with NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar ERP systems.
