Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Search Relevance Analyst for a working-from-home position on a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you will be responsible for validating the quality, safety, and relevance of keywords used for search recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly familiar with social media platforms and has prior experience working on search-relevance projects. Native Spanish proficiency and English at a B2 level or higher are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and validate the quality, safety, and relevance of keywords used in search recommendations.

  • Stay updated on current trends and viral content across social media platforms such to ensure relevant search recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights on keyword performance.

  • Analyze search data and provide actionable insights to improve the user search experience.

  • Ensure that keywords comply with safety guidelines and are appropriate for the target audience.

  • Maintain awareness of cultural and linguistic nuances to provide accurate feedback on Spanish-language searches.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in Spanish and at least B2 proficiency in English.

  • Prior experience in customer service within the search industry (RFP experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with search relevance projects and how keywords impact user experience.

  • Avid user of social media platforms, with a deep understanding of trends.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and assess the safety and relevance of keywords.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with search engines or search-based projects.

  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving problems.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Contract Details:

  • 12-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

  • Remote position, within Mexico.
