Key responsibilities:

Configure and optimize collaboration tools to meet the organization’s requirements

Integrate collaboration tools with the IT environment

Work on collaboration solutions’ performance tuning, scalability, and efficiency

Research new features and enhancements and implement improvements to collaboration capabilities

Requirements:

Meeting or exceeding all metrics in your current role for the last 3 months

Minimum of 95% attendance

Minimum of 1 year as a TELUS Digital employee (if hired internally)

Minimum of 1 year in the current position and current account/department

No active hints for success (above hint 3)

Schedule flexibility - Required

Availability to working on site - Required

Completed the position-specific required course from the Learning Multiverse Fundamentals - Mandatory

Ability to solve complex problems, taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information 

Strong vendor management skills

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in IT Engineering, System Administration or similar roles

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is desired

Relevant certifications in collaboration platforms or related technologies

B1/ B2 oral and written English
