Description and Requirements

AI DS, Quality Reviewer - Guatemala and El Salvador

The role will involve working closely with Quality Controllers to assess the performance of a large multi-lingual community and to individually review contributors’ work based on a set of standards and guidance.  The successful candidate will work with a large community and this role requires candidates with excellent attention to detail and a high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Quality Controllers to evaluate community performance and adherence to guidelines.

  • Measure adherence of resources to strict sets of guidelines and determine any potential quality issues.

  • Careful input of data for trend analysis and follow-up.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues of individual resources on an ongoing basis.

  • Continuously self-review and remain up-to-date on all guidelines and instructions available.

  • Develop reports and trends to be shared for action. 

  • Support the team of Quality Controllers. 

  • This role may evolve and change based on business requirements.

  • Strong interest in and knowledge of the internet and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional research skills, with the ability to interpret complex guidelines and apply them to user behaviors.
  • Keen attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in data handling and analysis.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills, with the ability to identify and interpret trends.
  • Additional language proficiency is desirable.
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Office Suite or GSuite.

  • Strong familiarity with internet-based technologies and online research.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
