About Job:

The Service Excellence (SE) organization is responsible for the care and support for all large TELUS business customers from Public and Private sectors up to global enterprise level. The SE Strategy and Enablement team is looking for a seasoned Sr. Business Analyst to gather, document, and analyze our current processes and systems to help out with the a critical systems migration.

We are looking for someone who has an aptitude in building out a current state analysis and work with our operations team in order to build up our future state.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the operations team to build a current state view (processes, steps, etc..)
  • Complete and manage current state process documentation with operations SMEs
  • Collaborate with the technical project implementation team and operations team with the development of the future state
  • Successfully contribute to the launch of robust solutions by participate in testing and feedback of the migrated solution
  • Build a strong understanding of TELUS applications, product, services, organizational delivery capabilities and processes.
