Description and Requirements
Job Summary:
The Sourcing Analyst will provide essential support to the Sourcing team and ensure a smooth
and efficient sourcing process. This role involves communicating with candidates, maintaining
recruitment systems, and assisting with sourcing candidates.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, phone, and social media.
● Assist with tracking and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
● Perform market research to identify trends and insights related to talent availability,
competitor hiring activities, and industry developments.
● Maintain and update sourcing trackers with accurate candidate information.
● Promote the company’s employer brand through effective communication and
engagement with potential candidates.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
● Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Human Resources
or recruitment, is advantageous.
