- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, configuring and customizing Siebel CRM applications.
- Proficiency in Siebel eScript, Business Services and workflows.
- Implement integrations using Siebel EAI, Web Services (SOAP/REST) for inbound and outbound data flow.
- Troubleshooting Production issues and collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Experience with database tools like Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience of working on projects using Agile methodologies.
