Position Overview:
As a Finance Saas Implementation Lead you act as a bridge between business objectives and
technical implementation for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software application and
integration systems of the organization. You gather, document, analyze and configure requirements
from stakeholders and effectively communicate them to the engineering teams. You research and
propose new configuration solutions to stakeholder needs. You ensure implementation meets
business requirements, quality standards, and drive a positive end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features or improvement to
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Document requirements, perform system configuration and communicate them effectively
- Research and build configuration proposals in the assigned Enterprise Resource Planning
- (ERP) Finance modules
- Ensure that implementation features meet the specified requirements and are of high quality
- Lead releases for new functionalities according to the business needs.
Competencies:
- Expert skills in gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements from stakeholders, ensuring the SaaS configuration meets user needs and business objectives
- Robust understanding of technical and financial concepts. Focus on Foundation Data
- Model, Financial Accounting, or Business Assets
- Ability to identify problems, propose holistic solutions, and make decisions based on data analysis. Strong expertise in assigned SaaS platform (2-3 products)
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Ability to solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst for a technical function or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field
- Business Analysis certification is desired
- Workday certification is desired
- C1 oral and written English
Work Set-Up:
- Full Remote
- Night shift schedule but should be flexible with schedule.
- Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
