The Recruitment Marketing Associate is expected to implement pre-approved channel initiatives to support hiring requirements, in adherence to the committed activation timelines. They are tasked to ensure project implementation to aid the hiring sites to meet their targets. This team member is also responsible for ensuring optimal performance per hiring channel.
- Executes channels initiatives
- Coordinates with the Procurement Team to request quotations from vendors based on what the initiatives require
- Files necessary requisitions for the procurement of goods and services
- Partners with the Corporate Communications Team in the development of artwork requirements for channel promotions and merchandising collaterals
- Creates internal marketing materials and media for localized initiatives
- Oversees channels activations and publishes list of eligible promo winners (if applicable)
- Ensures brand visibility within the sites
- Ensures timely delivery of incentives, promo collaterals and prizes
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree (Sales and Marketing preferred)
- Above average communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Financial acuity is preferred
- Relevant marketing experience is preferred
- Above average presentation skills is required
- Exceptional spreadsheet skills is required
- Graphic design and video editing skills is an required
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word or Google Suite
- Self-motivated; able to learn on own initiative
