We are looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous person to join our Recruitment Team! 

As a Junior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a significant role in supporting the growth of TELUS Digital Bulgaria through exploring various recruitment channels, creatively sourcing talents and ensuring great candidate experience. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Perform sourcing and screening of candidates' resumes 
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment  
  • Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers 
  • Headhunt candidates over different platforms to ensure our success 
  • Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates' pipeline 
  • Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives 
  • Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes 
  • Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital 
Requirements: 
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills 
  • Bulgarian language is a must 
  • Positive and professional attitude 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail 
  • Negotiation and facilitation abilities 
  • Previous relevant experience will be considered as an advantage 
  • Bachelor degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area will count as an advantage 
  • BPO experience will be considered an advantage
