You will be working in a new team serving ︀︋︇️︄︊︉︋​︂︆︄︄​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.


What we expect:


  • Advanced level of English

  • Experience within content moderation/ data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus

  • Availability for a full time schedule, 18:00 - 02:30, Monday – Sunday

  • Availability to work from office in Bucharest (AFI Park 3 building)

  • Attention to details, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in content evaluation.

  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations

  • Critical thinking

  • Resilience - the job involves exposure to disturbing content, perhaps even harmful

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • 100% back office activity

  • Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance with client processes, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄policies and guidelines;

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals;

  • Liaise with client internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate;

  • Actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production;

  • Make well-balanced decisions based on client processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge.
