We are seeking a Banking Services Specialist – Customer Service (English) to provide exceptional customer support for our banking services. This role involves assisting customers with a wide range of banking-related inquiries, including account management, transactions, loans, and banking products. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of banking services and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, transactions, and services.

Guide customers through account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.

Provide information on banking products and services, such as loans, credit lines, and savings accounts.

Resolve issues related to account discrepancies, fees, and transaction errors.

Assist customers with online banking platforms, mobile apps, and digital tools.

Handle inquiries related to fraud, unauthorized transactions, and security concerns.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, products, and industry trends.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers.

Proficiency in banking software, customer service platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
