- Strong experience of Kafka
- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and design patterns.
- Strong hands-on experience in microservices development using Spring-Boot.
- Hands-on experience in Spring Framework hands-on, Spring-MVC, Spring-AOP, Spring-Actuator, Spring-Cloud, Spring-Config, etc.
- Development of web services must use REST or SOAP.
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases.
- Good experience in project building tools like MAVEN, GRADLE.
- Knowledge on automation code build and deploy tools, Jenkins, Bamboo.
- Knowledge on code subversion tools like SVN, GIT.
- Unit testing using common frameworks like Mockito, PowerMock, Junit.
- An experience on agile/scrum will be a plus.

Additional Job Description
This long-term contract position, based in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a highly skilled Java developer with 8-10 years of experience in Core Java technologies and a strong focus on Kafka. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in microservices development using Spring-Boot, along with expertise in the Spring Framework (Spring-MVC, Spring-AOP, Spring-Actuator, Spring-Cloud, Spring-Config). A deep understanding of OOPS concepts, design patterns, and multithreading is essential. Additional requirements include proficiency in developing REST or SOAP web services, a strong grasp of relational databases, and experience with build tools like Maven and Gradle. Familiarity with code versioning tools (SVN, GIT), automation tools (Jenkins, Bamboo), and unit testing frameworks (Mockito, PowerMock, Junit) is expected. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology would be a plus.
