Description and Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to work on a full-time basis from our office in Essen.
You will be responsible for:
Managing written correspondence for the Works Council
Organizing and coordinating Works Council meetings and sessions
Taking minutes and documenting meetings
Preparing reports and presentations for Works Council activities
Maintaining and updating company co-determination documents
Overseeing Works Council correspondence
Handling various organizational and administrative tasks related to the Works Council’s work
Your profile:
Excellent proficiency in English and German (C1 level), with strong communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Windows, Google Workspace, and Workday
Ability to work independently while maintaining professional discretion
Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear, concise presentations
Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Solid administrative management and document handling experience
