TELUS Digital Bulgaria is looking for an experienced Trust & Safety Account General Manager!

Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with clients
  • Lead the end-to-end setup, launch, and implementation of new projects
  • Own and manage project budgets, resources, and annual planning
  • Act as the main point of contact and build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Track project KPIs, monthly goals, and overall performance
  • Build, lead, and support project teams, including onboarding and task allocation
  • Ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and adherence to deadlines
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement improvements
  • Communicate regularly with clients, including performance reviews and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • If necessary support hiring and define training needs in collaboration with L&D teams
  • Coordinate project delivery across multiple locations when applicable

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in operations, people management, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading large-scale teams of 300+ FTEs
  • Hands-on experience in Trust & Safety operations or policy enforcement environments
  • Strong people leadership skills, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning
  • People management experience, including managing leaders
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-volume, and high-risk operational environments
  • Strong decision-making, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
