Who are we?
The MLS team provides dedicated and specialized services to different clients, working directly with TELUS International and external clients to identify business needs and deliver solutions that target performance gaps, strategic opportunities, and business challenges
What is this role?
As the Sr. Enablement Analyst, you'll manage key data, information, platforms and produce reporting and analysis to support informed management decision making, enable increased productivity, efficiency, quality, optimization and improve business performance and business processes as it relates to TELUS global employment equity regulatory programs. You will perform analytics and modeling to develop recommendations that will enable strategic prioritization and optimization of data processing and reconciliation relating to D&I data and analytical programs.
Your role will encompass different systems, including SAP and Workday, and at times different companies that are at varying stages of integration into TELUS and which are based in various countries globally. Hence you will also merge and link data and information from multiple diverse sources to support reporting and analysis required for internal decision making processes and also share knowledge and best practices with other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, including workflow and toolset improvement or understand key business drivers and to define performance measures.
Ensure data, platform, or analytics are properly integrated, maintained or configured to support internal processes, reporting, analysis and ongoing business requirements.
Support projects focused on improving workflow, process and tool enhancements to increase quality and adapt functionality to meet business requirements.
Deliver key operational review reporting and internal measures to address hourly, daily, weekly, monthly client requirements as required. For example utilizing dashboards, KPIs, workforce analysis (representational analysis, flow analysis, attainment ratios), and other key reports.
Analyze performance and results to improve understanding and provide insights and recommendations to drive increased accuracy, efficiency, quality, predictability, and optimization.
Participate in and lead small to medium size projects and also team project efforts which require analytics or capability development (analysis, reporting or platform).
Conduct performance assessments and analyze results to identify opportunities and risks and make recommendations to drive increased productivity and quality.
Share knowledge and best practices with other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Communication/stakeholder relations
Skilled at navigating team dynamics while also capable of independent/self-driven work.
Ability to present during meetings and flex the communication style based on current needs (stakeholder, project, team, business, etc).
Ability to communicate daily and negotiate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on agreed-upon timelines.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop job aids, document business rules, etc.
Create and/or implement methodologies to standardize work
Attend weekly calls to provide updates and check projects' progress with the Stakeholders.
Planning and time management to ensure timely delivery of tasks and exceed quality expectations from Stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships with other internal departments within TELUS and TI as a whole.

The role is work from home (WFH) but the team member might be required to work from site as needed.

Knowledge of data visualization - Required
including principles, methods, types, and applications, for example, texture and color mapping, data representation, graphs, word clouds
Intermediate to advanced data and analytical capabilities - Required
data analysis / manipulation, modelling, data quality management, processes, methods and systems
Intermediate to advanced proficiency working with systems, processes and databases - Required
specifically, SAP, Qualtrics, Tableau, Looker, Domo, ETL, data marts
TELUS Accounts knowledge is a plus
Understand business processes and identify business issues and goals.
Intermediate ability to deal with ambiguity, complex issues and concepts while problem solving and making sound decisions and multi-tasking.
Studies and Experience:
Experience in Client/Stakeholder management & presentation skills - Required
Post secondary diploma / certification / college degree, preferably in HR Analytics / Data and Analytics, or equivalent.
3-5 years of HR Analytics experience, preferably with both SAP and Workday - Desired.
Demonstrated experience effectively managing complex projects - Desired
