Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility Learning Specialist

Through the execution of the HOPE program, the Corporate Social Responsibility team is providing intensive training in English, to recent high school graduates from public schools, with the objective of preparing them for a job position at the company.
The English Teacher is responsible for designing the curriculum of English classes from Basic to Advanced Level, including all resources and activities to be implemented during the development of the employability program HOPE. It must have a strong experience in teaching the English Language, in addition to having customer service experience in call centers, and a strong inclination to work with at-risk youth.
Main Responsibilities:
Teach English skills including reading, writing, speaking and listening from Basic to Advanced Level; compose lesson plans to incorporate the full duration of each level successfully; execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content; create teaching materials, resources and evaluations required by each level, engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere, teach trainees the correct pronunciation of words using the correct Phonetic sounds, teach trainees to think critically, monitor and evaluate the trainees’ performance to determine improvement in specific areas of opportunity, create action plans for different areas or topics that require reinforcement, encouraging trainees’ feedback regarding teaching methods, and applying it to enhance learning, creation and development of detailed reports and calibrations.

English - CEFR score of C1 or above

Knowledge of phonetics and phonology.

Knowledge and experience in Customer Service - A plus.
Education Programs - Advanced.
The ability to create reports and flowcharts.
Studies & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in English Language (Teaching) - Required
Teaching experience of at least 5 years
