Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst II (Youth Employability Coach)
Position overview:
The Youth Employability Coach plays a key role in equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to transition smoothly into the TELUS Digital work environment. This position focuses on developing both technical and interpersonal competencies, guiding students through their employment adaptation journey, and ensuring they align with the company’s culture and expectations.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions to strengthen employability skills. Develop and facilitate life and employment skills workshops. Provide monthly feedback to students on their attitude and performance, creating action plans. Apply and monitor the disciplinary matrix based on students’ performance and attitude. Coordinate and promote well-being and engagement activities for students in collaboration with the program team. Coordinate and monitor psychotherapy sessions for critical cases in collaboration with specialized NGOs. Plan and execute the program selection week alongside program staff. Administer, interpret, and report on psychometric tests used in the selection process. Prepare student profile reports based on assessments from selection week. Plan, coordinate, and execute a mentorship program for students.

Qualifications:
English - B1:
• Oral and written comprehension.
• Appropriate use of language.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching, training, vocational guidance, or youth employability programs.
Experience in facilitating workshops and mentorship processes.
Knowledge of psychometric assessments and selection processes is a plus.
