We are looking for a Gaming Support Specialist  (Advanced English) to assist gamers with technical issues, account inquiries, and in-game support. This role requires a passion for gaming, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure players have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to engage with the gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced English customer support for gamers via chat, email, and phone.

  • Assist with troubleshooting game crashes, connectivity issues, and technical bugs.

  • Guide players through account recovery, billing issues, and in-game purchases.

  • Offer solutions for gameplay-related inquiries, including quests, achievements, and in-game mechanics.

  • Report game-related issues, glitches, and feedback to development teams for improvements.

  • Foster a positive gaming community by enforcing fair play and platform policies.

  • Stay updated on game updates, patches, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: Previous experience in gaming support, technical support, or customer service preferred.

  • Languages: Advanced English is required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of gaming platforms, consoles, and PC troubleshooting.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide step-by-step guidance.

    • Passion for gaming and familiarity with popular titles, genres, and trends.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a gamer-friendly approach.

    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced gaming support environment.

  • Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
