As an End User Computing Specialist you provide team members and leaders with hardware and software onsite or remote high quality support; you will ensure that systems are working properly according to company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical guidance and support to end users to create a positive customer experience
Configure computers with its proper operating system and tools according to account/department needs
Provide end user support to enable access to tools or troubleshoot hardware/software malfunctions
Support the migration of users to new hardware or tools
Provide onsite support to resolve malfunctioning switch or internet outage, escalating any unresolved issues
Support asset management tasks if required by the region
REQUIREMENTS:
English level B2
1+ years of work experience in IT is required
Studies in Information Technology or equivalent
Technology certifications are desirable (A+, ITIL, PDQ inventory, computer maintenance or equivalent)
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. While supporting and collaborating effectively with team members, maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Computer support skills (configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance)
Knowledge in Windows and Microsoft tools
Knowledge of Google Suite is desirable
Technology monitoring skills are desirable
End user support and customer service skills, including effective communication with stakeholders
Bomgar management is desirable
Ability to document current and new processes
